As the founder of Oppel Architecture, a leading firm based in Buenos Aires and Miami, I have spent my career designing and executing a wide range of residential and commercial projects. With a passion for real estate, I am now 100% dedicated to expanding my business in this industry. My focus on quality, innovation and client satisfaction has settled my reputation as a trusted and respected professional in the fields of architecture and real estate.
There are two constants in all of my projects, and the word “quality” is present in both: construction quality (encompassing both materials and processes) and quality of life, because I have no doubt that the two go hand in hand. I am privileged in this regard: I am passionate about improving people’s quality of life, and that is precisely what my daily work consists of. I obsessively seek for architecture to enable its users to live better lives.
I have been designing homes for over 30 years. There are few things more gratifying in my professional life than seeing a client return to me with their trust once again. Many of them have entrusted me with their second home, and some are now on their third with the Studio. I believe that the secret to the acceptance of our proposal has to do with this ongoing search that, despite all the information accumulated over time, never ends, never closes. As I have mentioned, I have a profession that allows me to use my imagination to elevate people’s living conditions. That’s what I do with passion: an architecture aimed at finding the best version of the experience, with all the possibilities offered by the contemporary world. Nothing more, nothing less.
In a country like Argentina, with an unstable economy and rules that change in almost every round, we have managed to design and carry out developments such as Miradores de la Bahía, the brand-new Bouquet in Pilar, and Office Quatro, which completely modified the standards of offices in the northern suburbs. The latter is another irrefutable proof of the Studio’s vision. If we seek above all a happy experience of the home space in residential design, the same search applies to large-scale developments, amplified by their scale.
